Project Manager at Eventually

We are in search of a talented Project Manager with great dedication and drive. You need to be productive, structured and have great collaboration skills since we are always working in teams.
You need to have vast experience within planning and execution of various types of events and you need to be capable of taking active part in both creative and logistic concept development and planning.

We can offer you 37 wonderful and talented colleagues and the possibility of being a part of a big team, planning and executing many special and creative events with our local and international clients. Since more than half of our events are taking place abroad, you should expect some travelling.

Your focus will be on B2B event planning and execution and your main responsibilities include:

  • Producing virtual, hybrid and face-to-face events
  • Development of strategic concepts, managing the production and delivery of projects all the way through from the pitch phase, the planning and the execution of the events
  • Setting up, communicating and maintaining timelines and project plans on every project
  • Understanding the client’s strategic goals and purposes and transforming it into relevant content and/or activities
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Travelling due to site inspections and executions
  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Negotiating with suppliers in Denmark and abroad
  • Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
  • Managing project budgets from start to finish
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and high quality when delivering the services

Minimum requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager – preferably experience from another event agency
  • Relevant education
  • Experienced user of MS Office
  • Fluent in Danish and English (speaking and writing)

  • Have the ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Are reliable and comfortable working with deadlines
