Hybrid event, livestreaming from 4 countries to 4 live hubs and to remote delegates in 16 countries. Discussions across hubs, including remote panelists from Germany to New Zealand.

We spiced up a virtual event with partly prepared food for the viewers to cook and enjoy at home.

Our event crew was on a 6-day-roadtrip all over Denmark, handing out viewing kits to customers of Salesforce.

The studio set we built for Salesforce Live: Danmark 2020. We loved the cool, wooden stage look and feel really proud of this virtual event.

Eventually is currently helping Nokia with a series of roughly 35 virtual events over the next couple of months. We take care of everything from setting up the platform to preparing all dry runs and running the shows.

In compliance with all Covid-19 restrictions we executed a safe opening of the plant Asnæsværket’s Block 6 with our client Ørsted and with attendance of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik, ministers and CEOs from the Danish corporate world.
