You need to be productive, structured and have great collaboration skills since we are always working in teams.<br \/>\nYou need to have vast experience within planning and execution of various types of events and you need to be capable of taking active part in both creative and logistic concept development and planning.<\/p>\n<p>We can offer you 36 wonderful and talented colleagues and the possibility of being a part of a big team, planning and executing many special and creative events with our local and international clients. Since more than half of our events are taking place abroad, you should expect some travelling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your focus will be on B2B event planning and execution and your main responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Producing virtual, hybrid and face-to-face events<\/li>\n<li>Development of strategic concepts, managing the production and delivery of projects all the way through from the pitch phase, the planning and the execution of the events<\/li>\n<li>Setting up, communicating and maintaining timelines and project plans on every project<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the client\u2019s strategic goals and purposes and transforming it into relevant content and\/or activities<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and developing client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Travelling due to site inspections and executions<\/li>\n<li>Managing supplier relationships<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating with suppliers in Denmark and abroad<\/li>\n<li>Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team<\/li>\n<li>Managing project budgets from start to finish<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring excellent customer service and high quality when delivering the services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of experience as a Project Manager &#8211; preferably experience from another event agency<\/li>\n<li>Relevant education<\/li>\n<li>Experienced user of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Danish and English (speaking and writing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have fantastic creative skills and are experienced with concept development<\/li>\n<li>Are a great communicator<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to lead and motivate a team<\/li>\n<li>Are excellent with budgets<\/li>\n<li>Are reliable and comfortable working with deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Love having many things going on at the same time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we can offer you (there are more, but here are some highlights):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A beautiful, bright and creative office located on the oldest street in the middle of central Copenhagen<\/li>\n<li>36 full-time employed colleagues who love having fun while working<\/li>\n<li>Plenty of room for personal development<\/li>\n<li>Freedom under responsibility<\/li>\n<li>A workplace with passionate people, laughter, and social gatherings<\/li>\n<li>Travel opportunities<\/li>\n<li>A flat organization where everyone is heard<\/li>\n<li>Lunch scheme<\/li>\n<li>A flexible workday with work life balance including the opportunity to work from home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The job:<\/strong><br \/>\nA full-time position, starting as soon as possible.
